Who we are

Ardent GSI Systems™ is a backend operations company based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. CoachStack™ (coachstack.ca) is a brand of Ardent GSI Systems. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through ardentgsi.ca, in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

What we collect

Information you choose to submit through our contact, audit and booking forms, such as your name, email address, phone number, business name and the details you share about your gym or coaching business.

Basic technical information when you visit the site, such as pages viewed, browser and device type, collected through cookies or similar tools to understand how the site is used.

How we use it

To reply to your inquiry, schedule and run calls you book, prepare and deliver the services you engage us for, and send messages you have agreed to receive.

To improve the site and our services. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run our business, such as the tools that host our forms, CRM, scheduling and email. They may only use your information to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Email, text and calls (CASL)

We send commercial electronic messages only with your consent, express or implied as permitted by CASL. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can reply STOP to any text message. We act on unsubscribe requests within 10 business days.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to its use, subject to legal or contractual limits. You can also ask us to delete information we no longer need.

How long we keep it and how we protect it

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and use reasonable safeguards to protect it.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
